This session delves into the importance of identifying and utilizing support systems, whether from family, friends, community resources, or professional help. Participants will reflect on the barriers that prevent them from asking for help and how to overcome them. Participants will leave with actionable tools to cultivate a strong and reliable support network in their lives.

ANNOUNCEMENT: MANA Transportation Program Ending September 30, 2024
Due to our current financial capacity, starting 10/1/2024, MANA will only be able to provide a very limited number of rides each day to non-emergency medical and immigration appointments (Maine offices). For medical rides, priority will be given to people who are already in our system and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We will keep you informed of any other changes.
